"Final Destination" Commentary Trivia

Thanks to Emily for some additions. Trivia pulled from the "Final Destination" DVD.

» Devon was 15 years old when he made his big break in Casper.

» He felt like his hair looked like a helmet in Final Destination. Helmet hair head!

» "Love scenes are fine."

» Devon doesn't like to think of himself as a role model because of his last three movies being dealt with drugs.

» In the scene where Alex plans a trap for death when he's in Clear's Dad's house, to Devon the chicken tasted like cat food so they changed it to mushed up bananas.

» Devon didn't know about the deleted scene, Clear's pregnancy test.

» Devon thought Clear was hot.

» When Alex was padding the boat, trying to escape the FBI men, Kerr Smith thought that that boat was Dawson's Boat! (Dawson's Creek)

» He doesn't like to do press stuff.

» Devon was in the play, The Magical Toy, when he was younger. He played the toy, he was the box that spun around.

» Kerr Smith thought that Devon looked fat, he called him Fat Devon 6 months later when Alex, Clear and Carter took a trip to Paris at the end of the movie!

» Alexander Chance Browning was born on September 25, 1983, and in the film, he is 17.

» Clear was originally called Kimberly.

» Alex sat in seat I 25 on the plane. He was born on the 9th month, (I is the 9th letter of the alphabet.) on the 25th day. '9.25' was also the time of the plane departure.

» On a cart that Alex looks at, being pushed under the plane, has a case on it with the number '666' which is supposed to be the number for Hell.

» 46 students died in the plane crash.

» In the scene near the beginning where Alex was 'asleep' in bed, Devon was actually asleep, and didn't wake for four hours!
